Shipping
At The SeaMoss Co., we offer free shipping for all orders with a total value of ₹2000 and above.
We only use trusted courier partners to deliver your order securely and efficiently. All orders placed via our website are processed and shipped directly by us.
- Sea Moss Gel orders: Made fresh to order and may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
- Dry Sea Moss orders: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Cancellations
All cancellations will incur a 10% deduction to cover transaction fees.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the delivery partner updates the shipment status to RTO (Return to Origin), we will cancel the order and process your refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.

Returns Policy
We take great care in ensuring that all orders are packaged securely and go through
strict quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event of damaged or defective
products, we offer a replacement or refund.
Returns & Replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
Damaged products due to shipping

If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

- The seal is broken or tampered with
- The serial number or batch ID has been altered
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
