Shipping & Returns Policy – The Seamoss Co.

Shipping

At The Seamoss Co., we offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹2000 or more.

We dispatch orders using only trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you securely and efficiently.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Sea Moss Gel: Made fresh to order — Dispatched within 5 business days

  • Dry Sea Moss: Dispatched within 1–3 business days

Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)

  • Metro Cities: Delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: Delivery within 4–7 business days

While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to a 10% deduction to cover transaction fees.
To cancel, please email us at info.theseamossco@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 working hours.

After Dispatch:
If your order has already been shipped, you may cancel it by refusing delivery. Once our delivery partner marks the shipment as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will process your refund.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.


Returns & Replacements

We ensure all products are securely packed and quality checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a replacement or full refund.

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Damage during shipping

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item delivered

Return Request Process

  1. Email us at info.theseamossco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos/videos of:

    • The product

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The invoice slip

If approved:

  • If stock is available, a replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • If out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used

  • The seal is broken or tampered with

  • The batch ID or serial number is altered

  • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

If your return is not eligible, the request will be declined and no refund or replacement will be provided.

All transactions on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
