1. Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders valued at ā¹2000 or more.
Orders are dispatched via trusted delivery partners, including Speed Post, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
If delivery is not possible due to courier limitations, inaccessible areas, or force majeure, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5ā7 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled with a 10% deduction as transactional fees.
Email your cancellation request to info.theseamossco@gmail.com. We respond within 24 working hours.After Dispatch: If the product has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery.
Once the shipment status is updated as āRTO (Return to Origin) initiatedā, we will process your refund.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5ā7 business days.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
All products are carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping.
Replacements are offered only in the case of damages, defects, or order mismatches.
Conditions for Replacement Eligibility:
Water-damaged packaging
Broken or tampered seals
Torn or compromised pouches
Incorrect or missing items
How to Request:

Include clear photos/videos of:
The product
Shipping label
Outer packaging
Invoice slip inside the box
If approved and stock is available, the replacement will be dispatched within 2ā3 business days and delivered within 2 business days.
If out of stock, the full amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5ā7 business days.
4. Returns
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for items delivered without any damage or defect.
5. Currency Transactions
All transactions on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
6. Order Processing Hours
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM ā 6:00 PM IST.
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next working day.
