Cancellations, Replacements & Returns Policy – The Seamoss Co.

Cancellations

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched, subject to a 10% deduction to cover transaction and processing fees.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info.theseamossco@gmail.com.

  • We will process your request and respond within 24 working hours.

After Dispatch

  • If the order has already been dispatched, you may cancel by refusing the delivery when it arrives.

  • Once our delivery partner updates the status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will initiate your refund.

Refund Timeline: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.


Replacements for Damaged Products

We take great care to package your items securely. However, in rare cases where a product arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on availability.

Eligibility

Replacements are offered in the following cases:

  • Water damage to the packaging

  • Tampered or broken seal on jars/pouches

  • Torn or compromised pouch

Process

  1. Email us at info.theseamossco@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Attach clear photos and videos showing:

    • The damaged product(s)

    • Shipping label

    • Outer packaging

    • Invoice slip inside the box

If the product is in stock, a replacement will be shipped.
If out of stock, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Replacements for Order Mismatch or Missing Items

If your order is incomplete or you received the wrong item(s), we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Process

  1. Email info.theseamossco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share photos/videos of:

    • The full contents received

    • Shipping label

    • Invoice slip

    • Outer packaging

Once verified, we will proceed with a replacement shipment (if in stock), or credit the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Returns Policy

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for products that are delivered in perfect condition.

Only items that are damaged, defective, or mismatched qualify for replacement or refund as outlined above.
